+ Do I have to go to the showroom to pick out my items?
Not at all! We would be happy to work with you wherever you are, meeting over phone, email or video chat. We have the ability to send you samples, ideas, and links to products so you can fully understand the project before you commit.
+ Do you have a full selection of every item available in the showroom?
We have a large variety of products available in our showroom to view, but with our massive selection, we don’t carry everything. However, we are constantly rotating our showroom, so you can expect variety when you come in.
+ What is the average cost of your items?
Since we work with multiple suppliers, we have the opportunity to come in at a lower cost than many of our competitors. We also offer lifetime warranties on most products, so our quality and dedication to your satisfaction is what takes priority.
+ Do you have a full design crew? Can I see a rendering before the job?
We have the ability to create a full rendering of your site, if appropriate for the job. Many times, one of our skilled associates will make a detailed sketch of your area, to help visualize the space and understand where furniture would be best for form and function.
+ Do I have to pay for a consultation?
Absolutely not! We are more than happy to work with you to understand your needs, or come out to your location to help spark ideas.
+ Can you come to my location to get measurements and help with ideas?
Of course. Our goal is to listen and understand your needs, so we want to understand the space we are supplying for. We don’t just think about the furniture we supply, but how it would function effectively in your space. Things like door clearance, location of electrical sockets and windows, along with baseboard trim are all considerations when designing a new office space.
+ Do you just focus on commercial offices, or can I buy something for my home office?
We can happily provide furniture for any size office space. We also supply furniture for government contracts and within the healthcare field.
+ Can you deliver and assemble the furniture for us?
We will gladly provide delivery and assembly services for an additional fee. We deliver Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
+ I work in healthcare, do you have furniture that meets the needs of the industry?
Yes, absolutely! We love helping out the healthcare industry, and have multiple options from our manufacturers to meet your needs.
