Interior Fusion is a veteran-owned office furniture dealership providing full-service planning, designing, and installation solutions for those who see the details. Founded in 2008 by retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant Richard Fendley, we specialize in creating functionally fun workspace environments for:

  • Commercial businesses

  • Educational institutions

  • Healthcare facilities

  • Hospitality venues

  • Home offices

Our Service allows users to browse furniture products, request design consultations, obtain quotes, schedule installations, and access our comprehensive furniture planning and design services.

  • Quotes and proposals are binding once accepted by both parties

  • Orders require written confirmation

  • Custom orders may require deposits

  • Lead times vary by product and are estimates only

8.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are Net 30 for approved commercial accounts

  • Credit applications may be required for new commercial customers

  • Deposits may be required for custom orders

  • Final payment is due upon completion of installation

8.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure systems. We accept various payment methods including checks, ACH transfers, and credit cards for applicable transactions.

8.4 Cancellation and Returns

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

  • Standard merchandise may be returned within 30 days in original condition

  • Restocking fees may apply

  • Installation services cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled date without penalty

9. Installation and Delivery Services

9.1 Delivery

  • Delivery schedules are estimates and may be subject to change

  • Customers must provide safe and accessible delivery locations

  • Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements

9.2 Installation

  • Professional installation services are available

  • Installation dates are scheduled separately after delivery

  • Workspace must be ready for installation as specified in agreements

  • Additional charges may apply for changes to installation scope

9.3 Inspection and Acceptance

  • Products should be inspected upon delivery

  • Installation work should be inspected upon completion

  • Claims for damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 Product Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We will assist in warranty claims but do not provide independent warranties beyond those of our suppliers.

10.2 Service Warranties

We warrant our installation and design services will be performed in a workmanlike manner. Any issues with our services must be reported within 30 days of completion.

10.3 Service "As Is"

Our digital Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding website functionality.

10.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERIOR FUSION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Outstanding orders and service agreements will remain in effect according to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
