What is your favorite memory about working at Interior Fusion?
Walking into the office at Interior Fusion, from the first time just stopping in to see a friend, to later coming onboard as a sales rep, has felt like being with family. Rich set the 'family' vibe from our first meet and it's been that way since.
What do you enjoy most about what you do here?
I love building relationships with our customers/clients. We have great products, great customer service, we stand behind what we do. But what sets us apart is how vested we can be in maintaining ongoing and genuine relationships so our customers know we are the best, allowing them to put their full trust in us. It's very fulfilling to be proud of a company you work for and the team you work with.
I look around at the team at Interior Fusion and see amazing people fulfilling their roll in this company as if it were what they were born to do. A successful business is a result of hard work done by the right people in the right place working together as a team to create shared successes. I'm so excited that I am part of a company that offers every single employee a chance to shine. Effort is always met with appreciation. I love my job.
Why is an individual’s workspace so important?
We spend a third of our life (average) at our job. We make our choices in the other two thirds in recreation and sleep with specific features for comfort and visual appeal. We shop for the best mattress because we know a good night's sleep is essential for productivity, our down time is planned to enhance our quality of life as well. Shouldn't our third working be given the same thought and value with regards to comfort, appearance, quality, productivity and so on?
What is your favorite musical artist, TV show and/or movie?
Prince, because he was a musical genius, documentaries and P.S. I Love You because I'm a hopeless romantic
