“I have been in the commercial furniture industry for quite some time, and it never gets old collaborating and helping people feel their most creative selves when their ultimate goal is helping others with their own career driven successes. Understanding the ins and outs of this industry has afforded me the opportunity to make some lasting client relationships and it's rewarding to be an undeniable "go-to" source for anyone in need of advancing themselves in their work environments. It's my passion to be able to assure anyone with a top-tier level of comfort, that I am here and ready to assist when it comes time to make decisions about a company's furniture ideas and or needs.”
What is your favorite memory about working at Interior Fusion?
The company retreat in Daytona! I had just accepted the position and was invited to their annual retreat. I mean, what a Welcome! I am extremely grateful and felt truly accepted into the Interior Fusion family. I enjoyed meeting everyone and their families. Rich and Diane truly made it such a warm and inviting event that my son and I felt we belonged to immediately. I knew we would feel like part of the family after my initial interview with Diane. Her authenticity left me feeling like I just naturally wanted to give her a hug rather than the traditional, good ol' "nice to have met you" handshake. I am very excited about my future journey with this great company!
What do you enjoy most about what you do here?
Being able to have the opportunity to assist clients in achieving the workspaces they desire. Whether it's functionality, design, or both. It's important to listen, learn about their needs and guide them to a solution that will indefinitely make them feel more in tune with their own career success. I love collaborating, problem solving, and having keen attention to detail to ensure the ultimate goal of client satisfaction.
Why is an individual’s workspace so important?
A workspace is more than just a place to work. It shapes how people feel, think, and perform. Comfortable, well-designed furniture not only allows people to work more efficiently but shows harmony and reduces chaos which is visibly noticeable to others. It creates great first impressions that can make a lasting impact on not only how one feels about working within a cohesive space, but it reflects one's success and importance as an organized professional/ team who cares about the environment they are in all day while helping others. When employee workspace isn't as much of a factor to an organization's success, the comfort of their customers may become the priority which is also why common areas are just as important of a space to make a welcoming environment.
